What terms do you offer?
You can choose between monthly, six-monthly or annual payment intervals.
Depending on the payment interval, different payment methods are available to you:
- SEPA payment (all payment intervals)
- Paypal payment (monthly payment only)
- Payment on account (only six-monthly or annual payment and activation by our support required)
- Payment in advance (six-monthly payment only)
Can I upgrade my plan if I need more connections?
Yes, this is possible. Log into the system and select the up/downgrade button under "Contract->Subscription". Select your new package and perform a package upgrade. The upgrade becomes active with the next billing period. If you wish, you can also activate the upgrade immediately for a (pro-rata) one-off payment.
Can I downgrade my plan if I need fewer connections?
Yes, that is possible. Log into the system and select the up/downgrade button under "Contract->Subscription". Select your new package. If you downgrade, the smaller package is available to you from the next payment interval. This means that you can still use your current larger package until the end of the period you have already paid for. At the end of this period, the system will then renew your subscription with the selected smaller package.
Does bbbserver.de also participate in tenders?
Of course you can also send us your tender documents to support@bbbserver.de. Many of our customers are authorities or public institutions that are forced to place orders via a tendering process.
Can I take out even larger subscriptions?
Of course. Are you looking for a complete solution for an entire organization, an entire association or even an entire federal state? Then we would be happy to discuss your wishes with you personally. Customizations or dedicated server infrastructures can also be implemented. Simply send us your request to support@bbbserver.de.
Are there SLAs / support contracts?
With the directly booked packages (up to 10,000 simultaneous connections), we offer you standard support via email. E-mails are usually answered within 24 hours.
Of course, for larger purchase quantities or against separate conditions, we also provide you with personal service level agreements and guarantee your desired response times. Please send us an inquiry about this.
Is phone dial-in included? Does this cost extra?
The telephone dial-in option for the video conferences is included in all packages free of charge. A German landline number is displayed.

Pricing model explained
When you buy 100 concurrent connections, it doesn't matter if you're hosting 2 conferences of 50 participants each,or 5 conferences of 20 participants each, or even 50 conferences of 2 participants each at the same time.
Invite your colleagues to your customer account free of charge in order to make optimal use of your subscriptions.
What really matters:
Unlimited moderators. Infinite conferences.
Invite all your colleagues to create their own moderator user via their customer account. You then all share the number of simultaneous connections booked in your customer account.
While you need the connections in the morning, your colleague might need the connections in the evening. There is no need to pay extra for each colleague.
And best of all: Since all connections are processed via one customer account, you benefit from lower prices in the larger packages.
